What do we need to do? Start a class action or petition online to get them to stop this practice? So I am looking at alternatives to VideoStudio now and it is the spam ad popups that have triggered me to do this.
This is the same policy I and many others adhere to as well. Anyone found spamming will be expelled immediately and offending posts deleted.'. What I find interesting is that one of the very first messages on this forum is 'We operate a very strict anti-spam policy. Is this spam actually just setup to keep being displayed? Who is the exec / Coder that thought this was a good idea? Do you guys read the feedback from users? One issue - After opting out of all messages and update notifications and closing VS X10, the very first thing that appears is another popup ad. The issue should be easy to solve as there is a menu located under Help / Message Preferences that you can opt out of everything.
So I have had enough of these annoying ads / spam that are popping up all the time and did a search for a solution and ended up finding alot of users complaining about this 'popup' style take over.
